I have been working as a Family Doctor in Invercargill for 23 years. My interest in being on the board is wanting to ensure that young people in Invercargill can have access to quality affordable and appropriate health care in an environment in which they feel comfortable. I am married to Robert and have two young adult children and they keep me aware of this age group and the challenge they face and the special qualities they have to offer.

Talofa Lava, I joined the board in 2018 and what an exciting opportunity, I was born in Southland and have found a passion for young leaders and the development of skills in our youth today. I am inspired by my pacific culture and love to meet new people. Southland spirit and community support is what makes Invercargill a great town. I am very proud to live in Southland and look forward to contributing to the number 10 board.
