Vacancies 

Project Coordinator - 30 hours per week

Are you passionate about helping young people?  Do you like fundraising for a good cause?  We are seeking a project coordinator to handle grants, conduct fundraising and other projects.

 

You will need:

  • Excellent organisation skills, writing skills, and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and an ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Good computer skills and an ability to learn how to use multiple databases.

  • Experience with grants and contracts.

  • An understanding of various types of fundraising.

  • A sense of humour and willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.

  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Knowledge and understanding of youth issues.

  • Commitment to working within the Treaty of Waitangi, an understanding of the nature of partnership and the issues of biculturalism.

 

Number 10 has a client base of youth aged between 10 – 24 years.  We operate wrap-around programming including medical and social services.
