
Mentoring
Number 10 provides short-term, targeted, goal-based mentoring for young people aged 10 to 24 years old with low - moderate risks.
Mentoring may support rangatahi with the following:

Emotional regulation skills

Developing social skills

Support to engage in education or employment

Building self-esteem

Low mood or anxiety management skills

Stress management skills

E14E is a supportive and social group for Southland youth that identify with LGBTQI+, Rainbow communities and/or are allies. With new games and activities each week, E14E offers a safe space for discussion and connection.

Young Hums is a weeklong group programme engaging young people to be an active part of their community through volunteering.
